makers of Coloween and Resolution NYE, Collective 360 has introduced Colorado’s latest New
Years Eve party, City NYE. This New Years Eve 2017, The McNichols Building in downtown
Denver will be transformed into a swanky, speakeasy bash featuring tunes from world-class
DJs, amazing light shows, and New Years Eve party decor to ring in 2018 right. Of course, it
wouldn’t be a party without drinks and this premier Denver event is sure to deliver. Offering a
handful of premium open bars all night long, guests can enjoy the latest from Colorado’s vibrant
cocktail scene. From lively libations to even an Old Fashioned Bar, here is a sneak peek of what
guests can find at City NYE in Denver.
Situated on the second floor of the venue, guests can start off New Years 2017 right with crafted
cocktails featuring premium liquors. The Gold Rush features Angel’s Envy Bourbon with
homemade Colorado honey syrup stirred in.
Three words: Old Fashioned Bar
If sampling whiskeys seems like a fine way to usher in New Years Eve 2017, then you’ve come
to the right place. With a running list of five different cocktail creations, the Old Fashioned Bar at
City NYE is ready for any whiskey connoisseur. Just in time for the season, the barrel-aged
Pecan Old Fashioned sips just like pecan pie. Speaking of the dessert, You’ll Shoot Your RYE
Out mingles the flavors of chocolate and orange making for a decadent combination. But for the
purist, opt for the tried and true Classic Old Fashioned, made with Angel’s Bourbon, bitters, and
a single sugar cube for sweetness.
For Vodka Tastes…
Featuring Grey Goose cocktails, sidling up to the Vodka Bar is a must. Refresh the senses with
The Black Betty crafted with muddled blackberry syrup and lemon. For a sweetened sip, opt for
The Golden Ticket crafted with infused honeysuckle and grapefruit simple syrup.
Sample a little bit of Mexico, right here in Colorado with the Agave Bar. Featuring two refreshing
tequila-based cocktails, the Agave Bar is sure to please. Try the Tropical Agave with muddled
blackberries, cold-pressed pineapple juice, and a healthy splash of Corzo tequila. For a bit of
fizz, try the Mexican Maple Tree with Corzo tequila, homemade blackberry syrup, fresh lime,
and maple simple syrup; topped off with Topo Chico mineral water.
Toast to the Bubbles Bar!
Of course, it wouldn’t be New Years Eve 2017 without a little bit of bubbly. Adding even more
elevation to Champagne, the Bubbles Bar features homemade blackberry, peach, and strawberry syrups to swirl in. For another effervescent sip, rosé will also be on offer. Cheers to that, Denver!
